Her leadership and hands-on experience in demanding environments shaped her into a natural problem-solver with an unmatched work ethic.

Toni brings over 20 years of executive experience leading multi-million-dollar operations in corporate America. Her deep understanding of business strategy, client relations, and operational excellence provides the foundation for delivering high-quality, reliable freight solutions.

When Toni took a break from corporate life to spend time with her mother in the coal mines of West Virginia, they discovered a shared passion — the power of logistics to connect people, industries, and opportunities. From that bond and experience, LockedIn Logistics, LLC was born.
