The following criteria must be met in order to be approved as a carrier:
Carrier must have a minimum of 6 months Common or Contract Operating Authority
Carrier must not have any revocations in the prior 12 months
Carrier must have a minimum of $1,000,000 Auto Liability and $100,000 Cargo Liability
Carriers must have a minimum of 1 one side inspection and or submit the cab card for your vehicles (VIN must be labeled as a scheduled auto on your policy)
Carrier must have a satisfactory safety rating or is currently unrated
Your request will be reviewed by our carrier management team. If approved, LockedIn Logistics, LLC will send you an onboarding invitation.
